Today my husband and I dropped the kids at school and headed up for a drive through the Napa Valley. We up to Calistoga then came back through St. Helena, Yountville and Napa. It was a beautiful drive, as the clouds lay thick and cool in the morning, then lifted as the sun rose. We opened the windows and took in the amazing smell of the grapes in the air, as this is harvest time. We passed truck after truck carrying the grapes to press. What a blissful day!
